AFTER THE SUCCESS OF DAVID'S STIR FRY CRAZY, THERE WAS THIS DESIRE TO CREATE A WHOLE NEW DINING CONCEPT. THE STREET FOOD DOTTED AROUND THE ASIAN CITIES HAS BEEN A SOURCE OF INSPIRATION AND HAS BEEN PROVIDING GENERATIONS WITH COMFORT FOOD. WE GREW UP IN THAT KIND OF VIBRANT ENVIRONMENT. SO MY WIFE AND I THOUGHT, WHY NOT BRING THAT INSPIRED STREET FOOD INTO A BISTRO STYLE ENVIRONMENT. THAT WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH, SO WE TWEAKED IT A BIT, ADDED SOME FLAIR AND MADE IT INTO A GOURMET FARE. 

The Concept

SET AGAINST A BACK DROP OF MODERN & RUSTIC INTERIORS. THE BISTRO WILL HAVE A DYNAMIC BUZZ TO IT. LIVE COOKING WILL BE THE FOCAL POINT. A NOODLE STATION WILL BE CHURNING OUT ALL THE POPULAR ASIAN NOODLE DISHES. THEN THERE IS A WORLD OF STIR FRIES. CHEFS STIR FRYING YOUR DISH AS YOU WATCH IT ON A FLAMING WOK. THEN THERE IS THE UBIQUITOUS ASIAN SALADS DRESSED AND TOSSED RIGHT IN FRONT YOUR VERY SIGHT. THE SIGHT, THE FRAGRANCE AND THE SOUND OF ALL THE ACTIVITY WILL KICK START YOUR APPETITE.

The Menu

The Menu is essentially divided into 3 categories. A live noodle station churns out freshly made noodles cooked as soup. stir fried or braised. Then the one bowl concept, designed for just one in mind. personal bowl filled with all the delectable dishes (stir-Fry, char-grilled or steamed) and condiments. Finally the À la carte menu designed for sharing among friends and family. 

NOODLE STATION & ONE BOWL

We have recreated a sense of being in one of those Asian streets lined up with hawker stalls, food being cooked right in front of your eyes. You will be greeted with a gentle mix of senses. The sound, smell and sight. The sight of chefs hand pulling noodles & stir frying on heated woks, the aromas of boiling soup stocks made from fresh spices & ingredients , the sounds of the clanging woks and chefs barking orders. The visually pleasing sights of fresh cut hebs and vegetables.
Interact with the chefs and have your noodles prepared the way you like it.

Our Promise

WHAT WE SERVE AT BAMBUDHA ARE GENUINELY HAND CRAFTED AND BUILT FROM SCRATCH DAILY. INGREDIENTS ARE LIKE LITTLE PIECES OF A BIG JIGSAW PUZZLE. IT HAS TO FIT RIGHT IN AND COME TOGETHER. THE AMALGAMATION OF SPICES AND HERBS, THE BLENDING OF COLORS AND TEXTURES ARE BUT A FEW PIECES OF THE LARGER PICTURE.THE ATTENTION TO DETAILS, THE VISUAL FACTORS TO NAME A FEW. THEN WE SPRINKLE IT WITH LOADS OF LOVE AND DRIZZLE IT WITH PASSION. THE END RESULT IS THAT YOUR PALATES WILL BE EXPLODING WITH A FLURRY OF CULINARY SENSATION.
